2. Customized Products & No Cancellation Policy

  • Nature of Product: All our products are custom-made to order.

  • No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances. Production begins immediately upon order confirmation.

  • Final Sale: Since these items are uniquely manufactured for you, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of mind" or accidental orders.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright Disclaimer

  • Content Source: Our products feature various album artworks and artist imagery. We do not claim ownership of the original album covers, artist names, or logos used. All such intellectual property belongs to their respective owners/artists.

  • Service Nature: Our service provides the physical production of high-quality acrylic magnets featuring these artworks for personal use by fans.

  • Takedown Requests: If you are a copyright owner and believe your work is being used in a way that constitutes infringement, please contact us at albummagnets@gmail.com for immediate removal.

4. Brand Protection & Anti-Copying

  • Exclusive Rights: The brand name "Album Magnets," our logo, website design, and product photography are the exclusive property of Album Magnets.

  • Prohibition of Reuse: Copying, reproducing, or reselling our designs, website content, or brand assets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and will lead to legal action.

  • No Reselling: Our products are sold for personal use only. Unauthorized reselling on third-party platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) is illegal.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Customers must provide a correct name, WhatsApp-enabled phone number, and a complete shipping address (including Pincode). We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information.

  • Color Variation: Please note that physical print colors may vary slightly (5-10%) from what you see on digital screens due to different display settings.

6. Damage Claims & Unboxing Video

  • Mandatory Video: To claim a replacement for items damaged during transit, an unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

  • Requirement: The video must show the parcel from its sealed state until the damage is clearly visible. Without this video, no claims will be entertained.

7. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees). We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
