Introduction At our store, we specialize in high-quality, custom-made acrylic album magnets. Because each product is uniquely manufactured based on your specific order, our refund policy is strictly governed by the following terms:

Customized Products

• No Returns for Change of Mind: Since these items are custom-made for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after the order has been processed.

• Damaged or Wrong Items: We only offer refunds or replacements if the product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong design.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

• To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged item, an unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

• The video must start from the moment you begin opening the original courier packaging and must clearly show the defect or damage. Without this video, we cannot process your request.

Process If you have a valid issue supported by an unedited video, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at albummagnets@gmail.com.

 Cancellation Policy

• No Cancellations: No Cancellations: Once the order is placed, we do not accept any cancellation requests. Reason: All our products are Custom-Made (On-Demand). The production process begins as soon as you confirm the order, so it is not possible to cancel or stop it. Please double-check your details before placing the order
